3 Bed/Bath Chambers Street Loft in Tribeca
A new loft just arrived on the market off Chambers street in Tribeca (just outside SoHo). This was a complete renovation of a 3 bedroom 3 bath loft. The space has 11 foot high ceilings and Brazilian cherry wood floors throughout with exposed brick. The loft also features a California style kitchen, which opens directly into the living-room, which includes a 6 burner fuel based stove, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and also a Bosch washer/drier.
The unit is pre-wired for internet, cable TV, FIOS when Verizon brings the service to the building in the future, and for a land line phone if you are so inclined. There is Italian marble and tile throughout all three bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen cabinets are made of dark zebra wood with aluma-steel with glass doors on selected cabinets; all accented with a green oval shaped tile backsplash. The en-suite master bathroom has a shower, the 2nd bath a shower and bath, and the third bathroom offers a rain shower. All of the closets have been professionally designed and have additional storage directly above.
The unique south facing front windows are all oversized having architectural eye-brow shapes to comply with the landmark character of the building. There is also a four zone air-conditioning system with added heat pumps so that each room can be individually climate tailored to its occupants desires. Rent: $9,250
